The Kristiania will be happy to put together a tailor made package for you. However, all bookings are subject to a few terms and conditions.

Rates & Offers

All our offers and specials are subject to availability on time of booking. The rates are per room per night including our fully catered – all in - edition package. Single occupancy on request. All taxes (VAT of 10%) and services are included (with the exception of the local "Kurtaxe" charge of Euro 3,20 per person per day from 15 years on). No refund will be made for unused services. All rates are subject to change.

Concept Winter Edition 2021/22 – Unlimited Gastronomy

We do offer a fully catered – all in - concept including all meals as well as premium wine and drinks all day long. You normally can find this kind of concept in private villas and chalets. Spa treatments and massages, external services (eg. transfers, mountain guides, babysitting) as well as our rarity wine and drinks list is excluded. Please do ask for our “typical day at Kristiania story” to whet your appetite for your Kristiania summer lifestyle.

Single occupancy

on request only. 20% reduction on the room rate on time of booking (with the exception of peak season).

Extra bed 

The cost of an extra bed in the room is Euro 210 per day and person including our fully catered - all in - concept.

Additional children's bed 

The costs are between Euro 55 and Euro 180 per day and child depending on the age of the child including our fully catered – all in – concept.

Reservation guarantee

The room reservation is only confirmed after a payment of a 50% deposit (100% deposit for non refundable advance purchase bookings) on time of booking. Please send us your return confirmation with the number and expiry date of your credit card within 48 hours. We will then charge your credit card with 50% (100% for advance purchase rates) of the cost of the booking as a deposit. Alternatively, you can secure your reservation through a bank by transferring a deposit of 50% (100% for advance purchase rates) of the price of the booking to our with Raiffeisenbank Lech: IBAN: AT15 3744 9000 0001 4472; BIC/SWIFT - Code: RVVGAT2B449; Routing Code: 37449
 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel - in writing. No cash refund can be made for unused services. In order to give you more flexiblity, we adjusted our terms.

  • Travel Protection Concept

You will enjoy ​the possibility of a free cancellations when booking all our rates up to 48 hours prior to arrival with our travel protection 100% refund guarantee in case of any travel restrictions due to COVID-19 by governments. Between 47 hours prior arrival day and departure day 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 

  •  7 days Concept for Mid Season (3rd December - 18th December 2021, 9th January - 28th January 2022 and 20th March - 17th April 2022)

Free cancellations is possible for all our flexible rates up to 8 days prior to arrival.  Between 7 days prior arrival day and departure day 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 

  • 14 days Concept for High Season (19th December - 24th December 2021, 2nd  January - 8th January 2022, 28th January - 11th February 2022 and 20th February - 19th March 2022)

​Free cancellations is possible for all our flexible rates up to 15 days prior to arrival.  Between 14 and 8 days prior arrival we will charge 50% of the booking amount. From 7 days prior arrival day to departure day 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 

  • 90 days Concept for Peak Season (25th December - 1st January 2022 and 12th February - 19th February 2022)

​​Free cancellations is possible for all our flexible rates up to 91 days prior to arrival.  Between 90 and 61 days prior arrival we will charge 50% of the booking amount. From 60 days prior arrival day to departure day 100% of the booking amount will be charged

  • Non-Refundable and non changeable for all Advance Purchase Rates

​Should you book non-refundable advance purchase rate, free cancellation or change are not possible and  100% of the booking amount will be charged except in case of any travel restriction due to COVID-19 by governments.
 

Health and Safety

Our number one priority remains the health of our team and our guests. We are implementing all top safety measures, procedures and protocols in compliance with WHO and the Austrian Ministry of Health and our network of hotels sharing best practices. Safety Information Lech (COVID-19)

Check-in & check-out

Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on the date of arrival and up to 12 noon on the departure date.

Valet Parking 

The Kristiania has no front-of-hotel parking. We will be happy to reserve a space in the garage for you at a fee of Euro 35 per day and take care of parking your car. Valet Parking is included in our fully catered winter edition concept.

Transfers 

We will be pleased to help you organise and book a transfer from airport or train station.

Dogs

Euro 55 per dog per day (not including food). Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all our rooms and are permitted in the reception hall, on the sun terrace and in the Kaminzimmer. Dogs are not permitted in the dining hall.

Dresscode 

We kindly ask our guests to dress elegantly for dinner in keeping with the elect and stylish atmosphere of the restaurant.

Smoking 

We do ask you to refrain from smoking in all rooms and areas of the Kristiania. Smoking is permitted on the sun terrace, garden and Kaminzimmer Club.

External Service Charge

We charge a 5% processing fee on all external non-hotel services, e.g. transfers, mountain guides, babysitters and similar services.

Travel Offices and Agents 

We do grant a commission on the quoted net room rate (=gross rate minus VAT) if a 50% (100% for advance purchase rates) deposit is made on time of booking and full payment 3 days prior to the guest's actual arrival date is received. If you are a travel adviser or concierges service, please do ask for details.
